I'm a freelancer and this is my job, but I've also decided to make my knowledge and desire to help others available for free, using the gift economy, for all those quick support requests that one would normally ask a tech-savvy friend. 🤓
The idea is to provide advice and help in solving small everyday problems, both for personal and professional use. For example, I could help you:

How to request and receive assistance?
For this purpose, I have created a WhatsApp community where users can request and receive assistance in Italian, Spanish and English. I will do my best to respond promptly to support requests, usually within a few hours. By being part of the community, you can also receive previews of the latest articles from my blog, where I offer advice related to the digital world and solutions to the most common problems.
Once you join the community, you will find 4 groups:
- General / Off-topic
- Richiedi assistenza (Italiano)
- Request support (English)
- Solicitud de Asistencia (Español)
The "General / Off-topic" group is for those who want to discuss topics related to the digital world or simply chat about this and that. The other 3 groups, on the other hand, are for requesting assistance in your preferred language.
If you decide to be part of one of these 3 groups, you can directly make the request for assistance there, which will then continue via private messages, and the final solution, if desired, can then be shared publicly in the group so that it can also benefit other people who may encounter the same problem or have the same doubt.
So, once you have joined the WhatsApp community, you can then decide whether to be part of one or more groups, but you can also decide not to be part of any of the 4 groups. In this case, you will only receive important updates (sent by me) and blog updates.
If, on the other hand, you prefer to receive assistance privately without subscribing to the WhatsApp community, no problem, you can simply click on the "WA - Private Message" button. 😉
